Due to the nature of our products and releases, all sales are considered final, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are:

  • Limited releases

  • Pre-orders

  • Made to order

  • Digital products, certificates, or access-based items

2. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)

If a return is accepted, it must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products or digital certificates

  • Pre-orders or early access products

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the claim is validated, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, or

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

For pre-orders, cancellation terms (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page.
